When is my rent due?
Your rent is always due on the 1st of each month. On the 7th of each month there is a late fee assessed unless other arrangements have been made.
What are the hours?
Our office hours are:
8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday

Do I just need to remove my lock when I move out?
Yes, and then you need to is go to the office, fax or send a signed and dated move out notice 20 days before the intended move out date. Make sure you notify the office staff when the unit is vacated. If this procedure is not followed, you will be held responsible for the rent that is accrued.
What is the minimum length of stay?
There is a 1 month minimum length of stay. We do pro-rate the month upon move in so that all rent is due on the 1st of each month. We do not pro-rate on the move out.
Do you mail statements or do automatic billing on a credit card?
Foothills Mini Storage will gladly send out statements if you pay quarterly, semi-annually, or yearly. Corporate invoices can be sent if arrangements are made with management. Automatic billing is offered on a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Debit cards are also accepted if the have a Visa or M/C logo. Your rent is automatically paid on the 1st of each month.
Does Foothills Mini Storage provide a lock?
No. You need to provide your own lock.
What are the access hours to my storage unit?
6:00am to 10:00pm
7 days a week
(Including holiday's)
Unless other arrangements have been made with management.
What kind of security does Foothills Mini Storage offer?
Foothills Mini Storage offers the "State of the Art" Digital Video Surveillance 24 hours a day and each unit is Individually Alarmed. We also have key pad access to our Well Lit and Fenced facility.
Do you have RV or Boat Storage?
Foothills Mini Storage does offer RV & Boat Storage. We have individual units that you can storage other items in with your RV or we do offer outdoor, uncovered storage as well. All of these spaces have great access for moving the vehicle around.
Are there shelves in the units?
No, but you are allowed to bring your own as long as they are not attached to the walls in any way.
